Badminton Horse Trials Accommodation

Badminton Horse Trials
8th – 12th May, 2024

The Badminton Horse Trials are always a highlight of the eventing season. This event is one of only six annual Concourse Complete International Five Star events as classified by the Fédération Équestre Internationale. It takes place in the park of Badminton House, the seat of the Duke of Beaufort in South Gloucestershire.

Drawing in one of the most substantial audiences among global outdoor sporting events, Badminton is not only a favorite among equestrian enthusiasts but also a highly sought-after family day out. The event features a plethora of side attractions that appeal to both equestrian and non-equestrian attendees alike. Alongside the riveting activities, Badminton offers a diverse shopping experience comparable to any prominent out-of-town mall. As a result, Badminton emerges as the ideal Bank Holiday destination for families, promising a delightful blend of sporting excitement, diverse attractions, and unparalleled shopping opportunities.

Amazing cottage in an amazing location. Very clean and cosy. Lots of contact from the hosts both before our visit and once we had arrived, which made us feel very looked after! Would definitely stay there again!

Great Hosts

Steve and Tamzin are great hosts. We give them a 5 stars.

Somewhere peaceful and away from crowds.

Beautiful surroundings and nature, great walks, and hardly anyone else around. The cottage is a former silk mill and beautifully traditional. Steve provides lovely extras like some pastries, milk and orange juice, plus coffee and tea, and was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect for a weekend away.
